This successful clothing distributor had outgrown its premises, and commissioned us to design a new warehouse for them.
The company deliberately adopts a low profile, and their brief was for an economical building, suitable for an extensive racking and goods handling installation, and also for resale in the future.
The project was let as a design-and-build contract to Midas Construction.
The works were completed in 2000 at a cost of approximately £850,000
